1. Registration/Login as a Client

• Mobile Phone Number: Clients can register for Woulib Rideshare services using a valid mobile phone number. An OTP will be sent to verify the number and activate the account.
• Facebook: Clients have the option to register with their Facebook account.

2. Account Verification:

• If registering via mobile number, an OTP will be sent to the client with an option to resend a second OTP if necessary.
• For Facebook registration, confirmation will be requested from the client through Facebook to retrieve their name, phone number, and profile picture.

3. Account Activation:

Once the client enters their OTP, the account will be activated. Clients are prompted to enter their name and email address. A confirmation email will be sent upon adding the email address. The account verification ensures that clients can receive billing emails for Woulib Rideshare services.

4. Login:

• Clients can log in using their mobile number and OTP. The system will verify if the mobile number exists in its database. If the account exists, clients can access the application; otherwise, they will be prompted to register.
• Clients can also log in via Facebook through the invoked Facebook API.

5. Ride Features:

• Clients can manually enter their pickup and drop-off locations or drop a pin on the map. There is also an option to save favorite locations for future use as starting points.
• The estimated fare is displayed based on parameters set by the service provider.
• Clients can view the estimated arrival time for the nearest driver.
• Scheduled Rides: Clients have the ability to plan rides in advance for a later date and time, with drivers assigned minutes before the ride starts.
• Tipping:
  • Tips can be given during an ongoing ride or at its conclusion.
  • If a client chooses to add a tip during a ride, it will be charged at the end of the trip along with the total fare and reflected in the billing email.
  • If a client opts to tip after completing the ride, it will be charged separately and will not be included in the billing email.

6. Booking a Ride:

After entering the pickup location, clients can click on the car icon at the bottom to book a ride.

• The driver's details are visible at the bottom with their status indicated as "arriving" or "at pickup."
• The payment option is displayed in the bottom right corner.
• The live location of the driver is visible on the screen.
• The destination can be set or modified by clicking on the edit icon in the destination bar at the top.
• An SOS button is located in the upper right corner for emergencies.

Once a ride has begun, the route will be displayed on-screen.

7. End of Ride:

Upon completion of the ride, a screen displaying "thank you for riding with us" appears.
